Yes, that’s right. I finally got around to start reworking the Touhou PS3 Theme.
It has taken a few hours so far since I had to copy all my sourcefiles over from my old computer.
And then after installing the programs again, it would appear that the programs didn’t even work on Windows 7.
So I had to start searching around the net and by chance found a forum post by the author of the theme program, from where I obtained a experimental 64-bit beta version. The beta version turned out to be functional after manually installing it into the system. I then had to reload all the sound effects into my audio editing program, change all the volume levels on each sample and then resave them and convert them to the audio format for the PS3 themes.
Needless to say, it’s been quite bothersome.
I’m also swapping some wallpapers, and I might be changing some of the pictures in the theme. I will also be releasing a couple of other versions of this new version of the theme, featuring different wallpaper packs. Some of the versions will contain wallpapers selected especially from a collection of wallpapers which has the same theme to them. And some versions may contain mixed wallpapers.
I should probably be done with Touhou PS3 Theme 2.0 by the end of the day at least.
And I am currently betatesting the noise levels of the theme sounds on my PS3 to make sure they aren’t too loud as they were in the Ver 1.2 release.
